If you do not have a specific concern like ridges or discolouration and you simply want to grow long, strong, healthy nails, this is the one we would point you to. One coat, no base or top coat needed.

The real difference is in the removal. Instead of acetone, it includes a nourishing Remover Serum that gently dissolves the polish while hydrating your nails, so removal becomes part of your nail-care routine rather than something that strips them.

Application: Wash and dry hands. Apply one thin coat of polish and allow 10 mins to dry. Do not get your hands wet for 1 hour after application. Follow with nail oil pen once dry.

Removal: Apply one coat of remover serum to nails. Leave for 5 minutes. Wipe away with a cotton pad. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

The Remover Serum is formulated specifically for our functional nail polish systems and will not remove traditional nail polish. Just as importantly, do not use traditional remover on this polish, as that reintroduces the acetone the set is designed to avoid.

What to expect

Week 1 to 2: Nails start to feel harder and less bendy as Growth Nail Polish builds strength. In our consumer trial, 90% of people experienced less breakage within this window.

Week 2 to 4: With continued use, nails should feel more resilient and break less often.

Ongoing: Real, lasting strength comes as healthier nail grows out and replaces older, weaker nail. Fingernails take 4 to 6 months to grow out fully, so this set works best as an ongoing routine, not a one-off fix.

At removal: The Remover Serum lifts the polish in about five minutes while hydrating, so nails are not left dry or flaky the way they often are after acetone.

Used the Ultimate Nail Rescue daily since July, have been using gloves when doing dishes. My nails feel great when the serum is applied and smooth once it’s dried but soon after my nails feel like they were when I started. So I’d say it has had no effect to the condition and splitting of my nails. See photo.

Hi Derry, thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear the serum hasn't met your expectations. Your nails look very dry and ridged, and because a topical approach with the Ultimate Nail Rescue has not worked, I would recommend booking an appointment with your doctor. There may be a medical condition or potentially medications which may be the cause that we suggest looking into. We would still urge you to take care of your nails with any cuticle oil and/or rich hand cream. You may have something at home already. This is the best nail polish I have ever used. It has no strong odour. It goes on smoothly in one sheer coat, takes 5 minutes for dry and doesn’t chip off. It will eventually wear off the tips after several days. The remover is great too. No strong smell. Takes five minutes to work and then polish comes off very little effort. My nails do feel stronger too. They are splitting less. This photo is after three days of wear and a lot of spring cleaning - not all of it wearing gloves and it’s slightly less shiny from using magic eraser to clean the walls without gloves on but the polish has barely worn off at all. You can’t go wrong. It’s brilliant!

I love the look of the polish on my nails. (I haven't worn nail polish for years.) I also like the gentleness of the remover.
My hands are often in water or clay I'm not sure if they are stronger, but they do look good.
It would be helpful to have the name of the product on the bottle. I needed a magnifier app to read which one was which!
