This one lets you wear a sheer, pearly polish you can wear on its own while active ingredients like plant-derived hexanal and pro-vitamin B5 help strengthen and protect the nail plate as healthier nail grows out. It helps minimise splitting, peeling and breakage for smoother nails with a natural glow. One coat, no base or top coat needed.

The real difference is in the removal. Instead of acetone, it includes a nourishing Remover Serum that gently dissolves the polish while hydrating your nails, so removal becomes part of your nail-care routine rather than something that strips them.

Rescue Nail Polish shares the natural finish of our much-loved Miracle Base Coat, but it’s designed for damaged, peeling or splitting nails rather than nails that are simply soft and bendy.

Application: Wash and dry hands. Apply one thin coat of polish and allow 10 mins to dry. Do not get your hands wet for 1 hour after application. Follow with nail oil pen once dry.

Removal: Apply one coat of remover serum to nails. Leave for 5 minutes. Wipe away with a cotton pad. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

The Remover Serum is formulated specifically for our functional nail polish systems and will not remove traditional nail polish. Just as importantly, do not use traditional remover on this polish, as that reintroduces the acetone the set is designed to avoid.

What to expect

Straight away: Nails look smoother and more even, with a soft, sheer, healthy-looking glow.

While you wear it: It wears like a normal polish and lasts around 5 days. Water-based does not mean it washes off.

Over time: With continued use, as healthier nail grows out to replace the damaged nail, you should see less splitting and peeling. A fingernail takes around 4 to 6 months to grow out fully, so this works best as an ongoing routine, not a one-off fix.

At removal: The Remover Serum lifts the polish in about five minutes while hydrating, so nails are not left dry or flaky the way they often are after acetone.

No, and we want to be clear about that. This is a cosmetic product, not a treatment, so it cannot repair a nail that is already damaged. What it does is protect and strengthen the nail as it grows, using active ingredients like biotin, millet and horsetail, and help minimise further splitting and peeling. Real improvement comes as healthier new nail grows out to replace the damaged nail, which takes around 4 to 6 months for fingernails.

It works in two ways. While you wear it, it conceals and protects the damaged nail and its active ingredients support a stronger nail plate. Over time, it helps minimise the splitting and peeling that hold damaged nails back, so the healthier nail growing underneath has a better chance to come through.

It depends on how you want to recover. The Nail Rescue System (serum and oil) is a bare-nail treatment routine and goes deeper. This set is for when you want to keep wearing colour while your nails recover. Many people use the system at night and this polish day to day if they have important meetings or occasions.

The polish is water-based and made to release with the Remover Serum, so it lifts off with a five-minute wipe and none of the harsh fumes of acetone. They are built to work as a pair. Using another remover means a harsher removal and the stripped, dried-out nails this set is designed to prevent.
