We’re looking for an E-commerce Warehouse Assistant to help us pick and pack orders for our Boxing Day sale. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring stock accuracy, and assisting with general warehouse operations. If you love working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and take pride in getting things done right, this role is for you! The key dates we need assistance for is December 29th-31st and January 2nd with a possibility to work the following week, and potentially ongoing when needed. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

As our E-commerce Warehouse Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You’ll be involved in picking, packing and dispatching orders to keeping inventory organised and supporting warehouse operations.

Your attention to detail and efficiency will help create seamless post-purchase experiences, keeping our customers happy while supporting our growing e-commerce business.

What You’ll Do

• Order Fulfilment – Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  

• Quality Control – Ensure all orders are packed securely and meet brand presentation standards.

• System & Process Support – Use platforms like Shopify, Shiphero and Monday.com to track orders and update inventory.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or fulfilment role (e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail – you take pride in getting orders right.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude – you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.
